The British Red Arrows, officially known as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, is the official display team of the RAF based at RAF Scampton. The team was formed in late 1964 as an all-RAF team. Initially equipped with Folland Gnat trainers inherited from the RAF Yellowjacks display team. In late 1979, they made the switch to the BAE Hawk trainer.
FMS is proud to present this classic British advanced trainer and combat aircraft.
No detail was overlooked in the creation of this highly-detailed model; integrating scale features like CNC-machined shock-absorbing metal landing gear and gear covers, detailed panel lines, realistic pilot figure, removable auxiliary fuel tanks, pitot tube and a bright LED lighting system.
Powering the Hawk is FMS’ upgraded and uprated Predator 100A ESC (V2), Predator 2000KV motor and a 12-bladed 80mm EDF system- which provides a huge amount of thrust while retaining that satisfying turbine note. Not only can you feel
the thrust, you’ll hear it too!
FMS 80mm BAE Hawk- the perfect balance between scale and performance.
